During our webinar we took the chance to explore how high performing organisations create a collaborative culture, substantive and organisational governance, a flow-based IT production process, a state of IT landscape and infrastructure. Our keynote speaker, Hans Van Bommel dove into the analogy and metaphor of playing billiards and cycling.
